could spike be a good boy?

something very weird is going on around here.  everyone remembers this post, right?

everyone i blamed spike because, in reality, he's the devil.  he has no christmas spirit whatsoever.

last night i was playing around with my camera.. attempting to get nice, lit, pictures of the tree.

what the hell is going on here?  i never replaced the missing bulb.  i never did anything to the tree to attempt to fix that bottom row.  the only thing out of place is that bottom branch.

each morning i check the tree and sometimes i have to push that branch back up into place.  i have no idea who messes with that branch or what happens overnight, but one of those cats is messing with the tree.  it's JUST that one branch.  they can't possibly be laying on it, the tree is much too small.  could they be biting and pulling?  hanging?  doing their best to bring that tree down!??  could that branch, being pulled down, be the reason the entire tree is lit again?  is my house haunted by the christmas ghosts!?!!  could mao, being the angelic kitty that he is, be working all night to fix the tree!?  this whole thing is driving me crazy!  i need a nanny naughty kitty cam.   

i must find out what is going on while we are sleeping.
