Not as bad as I thought!

The doctor appointment went a lot more smoothly than I had pictured. Yes, he is going back on the steroid. No surprise. I am happy that his doctor is adjusting his current medications and giving them one more chance to work. So in a month we taper down the Prednisone and pray that the medications pick back up again. If not, and he continues to show signs of disease, we talk about changing the course of treatment.

Unfortunately, for the Demon, the steroids are a necessary evil. They help him, almost immediately! However, his poor body swells up like Violet from Willy Wonka. There is always a bright side though; his appetite will be returning, and it's only for 2 months. Annnnd...he will be going potty normally!

All in all a pretty decent doctor appointment.
